As a critical partner to senior leadership, you will drive cross-functional project execution, provide analytical insights that shape strategic decision-making, and facilitate clear communication to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. Your expertise will help prioritize resources, strengthen organizational collaboration, and accelerate progress toward our regional and corporate objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive regional growth, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, key milestones, and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders across departments to support strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making activities.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership forums, including Monthly Business Reviews and Operating Plans.
• Facilitate internal communications and assist with planning for leadership meetings, organizational updates, and strategic reviews.
• Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, alignment, and adoption of strategic initiatives across teams.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct analysis to support strategic assessments, initiative prioritization, and measurement of business impact.

Salary : The base salary range is $105,000 130,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
