In-Process Inspector

• Immediate In-Process Inspector Responsibilities

Perform and document in-process inspections using blueprints and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Facilitate production flow by counting, labelling, and transporting parts between departments.

Staging of next production run and routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal functioning.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Future Coiling Apprentice Responsibilities

Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure quality production.

Assist in the setup and operation of various machines under the guidance of experienced Coiling Operators.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal functionality.

• Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude a must.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical training is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools are preferred.
