About the Role :

Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Day Shift LPN and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to provide exceptional care from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor patient health and document vital signs and changes in condition.

Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity for residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements :

Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a residential or healthcare setting.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient-centered care.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
