What You’ll DO:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy development, campaign oversight, analysis, testing, and reporting for all enterprise-wide paid search initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to drive online conversions and in-club sales effectively and efficiently. Expertise in SA 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other biddable media platforms is essential. Join our growing marketing team to create innovative and forward-thinking digital marketing campaigns that attract and retain EDGE customers in an evolving omni-channel environment.

• Recommend and support digital marketing strategies that implement integrated campaigns across various digital channels, partnering with internal departments and external suppliers to lead projects and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for paid search in Marketing digital channel development and implementation.
• Oversee performance of assigned digital campaigns and projects.
• Manage multi-million dollar digital channel executional budgets.
• Promote digital marketing through departmental training and self-education.
• Dedicate time to marketing innovation and quality improvement.
• Manage special Marketing Communications assignments.
