SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Contracts Admin to work in the West Los Angeles, CA area. This position will be responsible for managing customer service, contract inquires and contrqact data entry in a aerospace & defense environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong aerospace / defense customer service background, along with high-level contract management. Experience with ERP and aerospace customer portals is key. This will be a fully on-site position and a DIRECT HIRE.

  • Job Title : Contracts Admin
  • Duration : Direct Hire
  • Pay : $35-40 / hr

Hours :

  • 1st shift : Mon-Fri - 6AM-230PM, with OT - 10 hr days

    • Details

  • Need at least 3-5 years of aerospace, defense experience.
  • Specific customer portal knowledge, strong computer skills. Experience with JobBoss / E2 for ERP.
  • Strong customer service skills, heavy contract package submittals, POs, RFQs, blueprint review, etc.
  • Degree is a plus.
