Pharmacy Technician Compensation

Pay rate : $24.45 per hour

Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability)

401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Required Availability

Full-time, Monday–Friday. Candidates must include preferred shift and desired location in their resume.

Shift options :

9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST

9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM EST

11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM EST

11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM EST

Weekday / Weekend Option :

Mon–Wed : 10 : 30 AM–7 : 00 PM

Sat & Sun : 9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

Provide inbound phone support to patients and physician offices

Achieve first-call resolution while delivering excellent customer service

Coordinate medication deliveries and manage copay collections

Triage calls to appropriate internal teams

Handle protected health information accurately and professionally

Support clinical and operational teams as needed

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Active Pharmacy Technician license or Board of Pharmacy registration (required)

PTCB certification preferred

Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days

Previous pharmacy or call center experience is a plus

Strong communication and multitasking skills
