What Youll Do :

  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians providing coaching and guidance.
  • Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
  • Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
  • Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
  • Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
  • Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

    • What You Bring to the Team :

  • MA / MS in ABA Psychology or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred)
  • Valid drivers licenses reliable transportation and ability to travel through designated geographic areas
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check TB tests Pre-employment Physical / Fit for Duty exam and have or receive immunities to MMR / Varicella during onboarding

  • $22.00 $28.00 per hour (DOE)
