Position Summary
The Project Manager will play a key supporting role in Envisions Project Management Office (PMO). This position is designed for an early- to mid-career professional who will partner closely with the PMO Director to coordinate and track projects across multiple departments. The Project Manager will help teams stay organized, ensure project documentation and timelines are maintained, and support the adoption of standard project management practices. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of project management experience who is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions Include
- Manage Projects : Lead assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, in alignment with Envisions project management processes.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration : Guide project teams across departments (IT, HR, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Foundation Mission Services), keeping stakeholders aligned, documenting decisions, and driving accountability for deliverables.
- Maintain Project Documentation : Use Envisions project management software (ClickUp) to create and manage project plans, assign and track tasks, and maintain accurate project records.
- Monitor and Report Progress : Track project milestones, identify risks or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to PMO leadership and stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Support PMO Initiatives : Assist with PMO-led process improvements, adoption of project management standards, and delivery of training resources to strengthen organizational project management maturity.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
