Student Finance Advocate

A company is looking for a Student Finance Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with students regarding payment completion requirements and counsel those with high balances or delinquent accounts

Establish and prepare payment plans for tuition and other university charges, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Perform data entry for Student Accounts and collaborate with various departments to assist students with financing needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, with one to two years of customer service experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database software

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented setting

Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment

Flexible schedule required to meet the needs of the university
