Scheduler- Heavy Civil

Summary

The Scheduler will report to the Scheduling Department within Heavy Civil Operations, supporting project teams by creating, updating, and managing bid schedules, baseline schedules, and monthly schedule updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure approval for baseline schedules, incorporating field insights.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and opportunities during planning and execution.
• Support monthly schedule updates, including actuals, plan revisions, and narratives.
• Ensure schedule quality, adherence to best practices, and contract compliance.
• Compile and report schedule data for operations management.
• Assist in delay or claim management using Time Impact Analysis.
• Create visual presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Provide training on planning / scheduling practices and Primavera P6 software.
• Work with estimating and operations teams to develop bid schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
