• Experience in the apartment industry or strong maintenance skills
• Must have your own tools
• Renovation experience & HVAC certification a huge plus

Job Requirements

Need 1+ years of maintenance or handyman experience

Must have Reliable Transportation

Must Pass National Criminal Background Check

Ability to work Temp Assignments that could potentially turn to Perm Positions
