Overview
This role functions as an integrated member of the clinical team, serving as a primary point of pharmacy coordination work across Pediatric Oncology and Hemophilia populations. This pharmacist supports our internal multi-disciplinary team of providers, nurses, therapists and care coordinators; as well as external clinical teams, specialty pharmacies, insurance companies, and PBMs to ensure prescriptions and orders are authorized, fulfilled and coordinated seamlessly with patients / caregivers.
