A company is looking for a DBA Claims Specialist responsible for coordinating Defense Base Act claims processing and supporting successful claims resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates the research and flow of employment information for claim submission
Builds collaborative relationships with HR and legal counsel regarding employment information workflow
Prepares claim forms, reviews submissions, and interfaces with the Department of Labor on claims
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a claims processor (DBA preferred) or related role with a High School Diploma; or 0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience in customer service or relationship management
Strong administrative and organizational skills
