Entry-Level Assembler

Position Overview :

As an Entry-Level Assembler, you will engage in various assembly and sub-assembly tasks, contributing to our dedication to high-quality production.

Your Responsibilities :

• Prepare for assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gather necessary parts and tools.
• Precisely position parts and subassemblies by following templates or taking measurements.
• Assemble components, ensuring connections fit correctly, and secure parts together.
• Participate in the creation of prototypes and special assembly projects outside standard production hours.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace by adhering to company regulations.
• Use resources effectively to achieve job outcomes efficiently.
• Support team dynamics by mentoring co-workers in basic assembly tasks as needed.
• Inspect your work to guarantee it meets production and quality standards before transferring it to the next operation.
• Record activities by completing necessary production and quality documentation.
