Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee operations in a health clinic setting as an Interim Director of Pharmacy. This role offers the chance to step into a critical leadership position with the potential to transition to a permanent role upon contract pletion. The assignment is a 13-week contract with an anticipated start by the end of the year, working Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

Responsibilities include directing pharmacy services, managing pharmacy staff, ensuring pliance with regulations, optimizing medication distribution, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record in pharmacy management within clinical or retail environments.

Key Qualifications :

• Experience as a Director of Pharmacy, Assistant Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Manager, or similar leadership roles
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy practices
• Ability to oversee day-to-day pharmacy functions and staff development
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and pharmacy pliance
• Effective munication and team collaboration skills
