As a Maintenance Technician at our Riverside Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
Performing preventive maintenance and completing safety and reliability inspections
Supporting building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general facility upkeep
Working closely with the maintenance team to diagnose and address recurring equipment problems
Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards
Demonstrating thorough understanding and consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
Ability to work overtime as needed
We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Riverside shifts:
1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–3:30 AM
