Job Title

Maintain senior (C-1) stakeholder relationships and craft strategic narratives to secure executive buy-in.

Lead large planning & procurement transformation programs from solution design to execution.

Convert thought leadership into actionable insights for demand, supply, inventory strategies, category strategies, sourcing models, and supplier initiatives.

Embed digital enablement (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, GenAI / Agentic AI) into client programs to deliver measurable outcomes.

Embed digital enablement (CLM, e-sourcing, supplier risk, GenAI / Agentic AI) into client programs for measurable outcomes.

Embed digital enablement (TMS, WMS, visibility platforms, GenAI / Agentic AI) into client programs to deliver measurable outcomes.

Coach planning teams, building reusable playbooks and frameworks to sustain maturity and capability uplift.

Hybrid : Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Open for all major cities in US.
