First Docs is a large, physician-owned practice that has been in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey market for 13+ years. As a regional leader growing throughout the northeast, we are seeking physicians who excel in collaborative environments and strive for positive outcomes and care experiences for their patients.

• $250K Base Salary, plus a huge bonus potential
• $500K - $600K proven income range of current physicians
• 4-day work week Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF!
• A myriad of settings offered
• Inpatient, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living etc.
• Private practice model with 'round and go' flexibility
• Only 1 weekend of call per month
• NP/PA supervision available, if desired (with additional stipend)
• Directorship opportunities available, if desired (with additional stipends)
• Full benefits medical, dental, vision, 401K match, vacation etc.
