Robert Half is seeking a Senior Dynamics / Power Platform Engineer to support a financial / investment services organization based in Kirkland, WA . This role involves stabilizing and expanding a semi-customized Dynamics 365 environment, building Power Platform solutions, and replacing long-term consulting dependency with internal ownership . The position is Hybrid , and is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to convert . Apply today!

Location : Hybrid onsite (business casual; parking provided)
Job Responsibilities :
- Support and enhance a semi-customized Dynamics 365 environment, including forms, views, UI customizations, and system workflows.
- Build, improve, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support internal business processes.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows, including translating existing flows into future Copilot Studio solutions.
- Contribute to Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines using YAML for multi-environment deployments (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Collaborate with backend engineering teams on Dataverse architecture, table design, and data modeling.
- Assist with 3rd-party integrations and AppSource add-ons as the platform expands.
- Provide platform best practices, documentation, and support to help the organization transition away from consultant-driven development.
- Partner with business users and the technical PM to gather requirements, solve workflow challenges, and improve internal processes.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (forms, views, JavaScript UI logic, workflows, integrations).
- Strong experience building Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Advanced experience with Power Automate and workflow process automation.
- Ability to work with Copilot Studio or translate Power Automate logic into AI-driven workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI / CD (YAML pipelines) for managing solution deployments across multiple environments.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse structure, table design, and relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, low-ego, detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with backend engineers and non-technical business users.
