RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseBachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher2-years' RN experience in the ICU in an Acute Care settingBLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationPreferred experience - 1 year of Nursing LeadershipPreferred certification - CCRNThe Assistant Nurse Manager & Patient Care Leader ICU responsibilities and skills :
Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skillsSupports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issueOngoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating processActs as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational informationDelegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care teamEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans / Disabled
