About The Position

Seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens opportunity at a well-equipped hospital-based setting in Statesville, NC. This is a weekday, full-time coverage need with a broad range of diagnostic and light IR procedures. Providers must have an active North Carolina license at time of submission.

Volume : ~90–100 cases / day

wRVUs : 60–70 per 8-hour shift

Mammo (Screening + Diagnostic)

Light IR Procedures

Biopsies : Thyroid, Lung, Bone, Liver, Renal (CT- / US-guided)

Drainages : Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess, Chest Tubes, Cysts

Spinal : Lumbar Punctures, Myelograms

Joints : Arthrograms (Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Elbow, Ankle)
