WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
The Territory Manager is responsible for the strategic expansion and management of an established sales market in Mississippi. Key responsibilities include :
Market Expansion : Drive revenue growth by presenting and selling high-performance dental products to new and existing accounts.
Relationship Stewardship : Build and sustain trusted partnerships with clinicians to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Analysis : Regularly evaluate territory potential and sales data to supply leadership with actionable market intelligence and competitive insights.
Field Representation : Enhance the company’s market presence by representing the brand at major trade shows, conferences, and clinical sessions.
Client Advocacy : Actively resolve customer challenges and technical inquiries to maintain the highest standards of professional service.
Requirements
WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
Academic Foundation : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Clinical Literacy : The ability to master complex clinical data and translate technical specifications into compelling commercial messages for dental professionals.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
Proven Sales Performance : A minimum of 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally within the dental industry, but other competitive markets are valued.
Growth Record : A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring new business within a competitive landscape.
Clinical Exposure : Experience navigating clinical environments and working closely with surgeons or specialized clinicians is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Consultative Expertise : Mastery of consultative selling techniques and a deep understanding of customer segmentation.
Self-Motivation : A highly autonomous self-starter with exceptional organizational and territory planning skills.
