We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in Glendale, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, customer service, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation : $18.00-$18.50 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages.

• Shipping and Receiving Services Receive and send overnight packages
• Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager
• Participate in cross-training
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
