A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst (IT Service Management).
Key Responsibilities
Support design and continuous improvement of ITSM processes
Act as liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders
Develop dashboards and service performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong ITIL knowledge (v4 preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's Degree in Business Discipline or equivalent plus 10 years of experience
Eight years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
