As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards. You will actively assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance the patient experience.

Licenses & Certifications :

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records, and have the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and develop professionally by engaging in coaching and mentoring opportunities.
