How you will make history here…
You’ll play a key role in driving inventory accuracy and reducing weekly variances—critical to our strategic goal of minimizing waste and improving operational efficiency. By mastering SAP processes and collaborating across departments, you’ll help streamline operations and ensure our raw materials are tracked and consumed with precision. Your work will directly impact the success of production and financial reporting.
What you will do…
Ensure accurate inventory control of raw materials (ingredients, packaging, WIP) required for production.
Validate production reporting in SAP and Mini-MIINT.
Collaborate with Finance, Warehousing, and Production teams to ensure accurate material movement and usage.
Monitor and reconcile SAP inventory variances and support root cause analysis.
Partner with Master Data to maintain BOMs and material setups.
Support weekly and period-end closing activities.
Perform daily visual checks in the raw warehouse and assist with inventory verification, including weekend and holiday work.
Serve as a backup for production scheduling and process order generation.
Who will you work with…
Reporting into the Manager, Supply Chain at our Salem Plant, you'll work closely with the Production Scheduler, Materials Planner, and Finance team. Other cross-functional partners include Production, Quality and Distribution Center.

This role will be instrumental in supporting system enhancements, including deeper integration and utilization of SAP, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration with production, finance, and supply chain teams. As we continue to evolve, the Inventory Coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in driving operational excellence across a 24 / 365 manufacturing environment.
What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
High School Diploma or GED ( Minimum Qualification )
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)
Experience with SAP and Excel
Inventory control experience
Background in CPG or food manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Experience with Mini-MIINT, MexVision, and production scheduling systems
Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$45,700-$65,700
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
