Responsibilities :
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and client-ready statements with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to address accounting challenges and provide advisory insights.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Prioritize and manage multiple client deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on financial matters and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
