Responsibilities :

• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and client-ready statements with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to address accounting challenges and provide advisory insights.
• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Prioritize and manage multiple client deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on financial matters and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
