VP Quality Assurance

A company is looking for a VP of Quality Assurance to lead and enhance the quality strategy and execution for its platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement an organizational structure for QA resources aligned with product priorities

Develop a phased roadmap for process improvements while maintaining business continuity

Increase automated test coverage and leverage AI to enhance QA processes

Required Qualifications

8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional QA teams of more than 10 people

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including hands-on testing

Proven success in scaling automation frameworks and integrating them into CI / CD pipelines

Strong understanding of test planning, defect triage, and data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with test management tools
