Full-Time Registered Nurse

Join our dynamic team at Albany Family Medicine as a Registered Nurse ! This is a full-time opportunity with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Accurately and promptly document information into patient records.
• Assess vital signs and determine the reason for each patient visit.
• Triage patient phone calls : collect, analyze, and develop a well-documented plan of care based on presenting symptoms and expected outcomes.
• Prepare patients for their visit according to office and provider requirements.

Compensation : $32.00 - $45.50 per hour. Our salary ranges are competitive, with plenty of room for professional and financial growth. Compensation will be based on individual factors such as experience and qualifications, with potential for overtime pay.
