Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Develop and maintain client relationships. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Attend training and continuing education courses. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Career minded vision.

Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense :
- Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education
- Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing
- Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing
- Provide a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning.
- Launch you into your choice of multiple Career Opportunities available between Olympia and Seattle.
