Washington Licensed Obesity Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth care for patients with obesity.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity in collaboration with physicians and registered dietitians

Conduct evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy for obesity management

Engage in team-based care and maintain effective communication with patients and team members

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner degree with recent experience in obesity medicine

Licensed to practice and prescribe in the state of Washington, with preference for insurance payer credentialing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics

Experience conducting telemedicine visits with a strong "web-side" manner

Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
