• 4-day work week option with 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 100% outpatient role in established senior-focused primary care practice
• Collaborative team environment with on-site lab and x-ray services
• Manageable daily patient census of 10 - 15 patients
• Value-based care model focused on Medicare Advantage population
• Board certification / eligibility in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine required
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred for diverse patient population
• Experience with Medicare guidelines and HEDIS quality metrics preferred
