[job_card.job_description]Keep Salesforce data clean, accurate, and actionable for better reporting and forecasting. Support lead routing and territory management through LeanData. Streamline reporting and automate manual tasks to make our team more efficient. Build and organize sales enablement resources using Spekit to help reps learn and sell faster. Optimize tools like Outreach and Qualified to enhance productivity and engagement. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support ongoing initiatives. Contribute to special projects that improve how our sales team operates and grows. Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. Availability for 10-20 hours per week (remote). Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Experience with tools like Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, or Spekit. Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Previous experience in sales operations or enablement roles.

Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to support our growing sales team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, data, and strategylearning how to optimize sales processes, uncover performance insights, and enable teams with the tools they need to succeed. If you're eager to build a career in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Sales Enablement, this internship offers a front-row seat to how a modern SaaS sales organization operates. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the program.
What You'll Do
Sales Data & Analytics
- Dive into sales performance metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel that track pipeline health and sales activity.
CRM & Process Optimization
Sales Enablement & Tools Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Location : Remote Hours : 10-20 hours per week

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is $16 - $18 per hour for actual hours worked. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
