An established hospital in Central Florida is excited to add a urologist to its thriving practice. The new physician will join three experienced urologists in a modern technological setup. With robotics and Aquablation on-site, this practice offers a complete care for patients and the infrastructure needed to thrive. Designed for both experienced physicians and new graduates, this opportunity offers a strong mentorship culture, excellent support, and the chance to grow within a leading health system.

Hospital Highlights

  • 300-bed hospital with modern facilities and strong regional reputation
  • Equipped with Da Vinci robotic system and Aquablation technology

Practice Highlights :

  • Incoming physician will join three established urologists with immediate patient demand
  • Robotic training preferred, not required (Da Vinci robot available)
  • 1 : 4 call rotation with excellent support from hospitalist and surgical teams
  • On-site clinic with full-time APP and MA support
  • Structured mentorship, ideal for new graduates seeking guidance from experienced partners
  • Strong collaboration with medical and administrative leadership

  • Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates
