Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Must have a Personal Lines License. 1+ years experience in sales. Willing to train on insurance sales to the right individual. Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained. Fluent in Spanish and English : Excellent Written / Verbal communication skills Basic computer software knowledge Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team. Professional phone and office etiquette
