C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a Screen Printer Apprentice to join our team. As a Screen Printer Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced screen printers to learn and master the art and science of screen printing on various metal surfaces. Position Overview

• Material Preparation :

Assist in cleaning, degreasing, and preparing metal parts for screen printing, ensuring surfaces are free of contaminants.

Learn the process of preparing screen printing screens, including coating, exposing, and developing.

Assist the lead screen printer with loading and unloading parts from the printing area.

Inspect printed parts for defects such as smudges, misprints, or inconsistencies.

Team Communication : Coordinate with painters, anodize operators, or other production team members to ensure smooth workflow during subsequent processes.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses) to protect against chemicals and sharp edges.

Total Compensation Package :

$17.50-$18.00 per hour plus a 90-Day Review for a prospective increase (compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience).
