CDL Driver Pay Rate and Hours :

  • $20.00 / hr
  • Monday - Thursday 5 am – 3 : 30 pm (overtime as required)

CDL Driver Job Duties :

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Followed all required plant safety and PPE protocol
  • Bracket build up- bulk Stock / kit lineside roller rack
  • Ensure all brackets are installed / secured coming out of the "square" platform
  • Follow the build through the entire chassis line until it goes to the EB
  • Use the "Easy Mover" battery push tool to move the unit from the main building to the outside EB
  • Ensure the vehicle does not stop the chassis line while waiting to be pushed outside
  • Document bus entry / exit time / total time in the EBC on provided for
  • Turn in documented times to Angie or place in designated folde
  • Report all part shortage
  • HV battery subassembly 2 and 3 strin
  • HV battery installation 2 and 3 strin
  • 12V battery box connections and fuse installation
  • Battery shield instal
  • EV charge port (front and rear) to HVDM S-Box assembly S-Box and HVDM instal
  • Power Inverter Installation (TPIM
  • Install cooling lines (2 and 3 string
  • Air compressor sub assembl
  • Air compressor instal
  • BTMS sub assembl
  • BTMS install
  • HVAC ground wires / AC harness and hose
  • Cooling system lines and water pump instal
  • Harness routing from underhood to PDM 1 / 2 Evac and fil
  • Escalate any safety, part shortage, or assembly concerns to EBC TL on shift
  • Commission / run ves
  • Double-check all paperwork in a folder with Qualit
  • Various troubleshooting with Engineering as needed
  • Notify the chassis when ready for AB
  • Drive vehicle outside to dock 52 and stage facing south, signifying readiness for ABS
  • Verify that chassis parked outside are "bagged" when inclement weather is forecasted
  • Assorted other tasks as requested as related to E
  • Work off Drive reaction write up
  • Work off NIPA reaction write up
  • Perform pre-NIPA inspections and repair
  • Perform any additional repair as needed
  • Assist or designate in the repair are
  • Perform 15-mile road course test drive, as required
  • Record any irregularities on the check sheet
  • Perform any of the above follower duties when not driving

    • CDL Driver Basic Requirements :

  • Ability to comprehend the English language
