  • Exploring emerging technologies and delivering proactive marketing and data insights to improve customer experience.
  • Making recommendations for short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with customer strategy and marketing goals.
  • Conducting competitive landscape assessments to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Defining measurement strategies and reporting standards to monitor initiative effectiveness.
  • Overseeing successful delivery and ongoing performance management.
  • Reporting on digital marketing KPIs and data insights, offering actionable business recommendations.
