Driving key transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams. Prioritizing work in product backlogs and ensuring delivery aligned with customer experience expectations. Fostering a test-and-learn environment by enabling new capabilities through innovation. Proficiently leading conversations with executive management across the organization. Inspiring clear, actionable ideas and strategic direction. Collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to define marketing requirements, use cases, and user stories. Serving as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions aligned with marketing objectives. Partnering closely with IT and operations to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that meets customer needs. Defining strategy, requirements, prototypes, testing plans, training procedures, communications, and implementation processes. Tracking innovation trends within the insurance industry and monitoring digital growth in adjacent verticals. Building competitive benchmarks to highlight the benefits of enhancements and new capabilities. Exploring emerging technologies and delivering proactive marketing and data insights to improve customer experience. Making recommendations for short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with customer strategy and marketing goals. Conducting competitive landscape assessments to guide product development and go-to-market strategies. Defining measurement strategies and reporting standards to monitor initiative effectiveness. Overseeing successful delivery and ongoing performance management. Reporting on digital marketing KPIs and data insights, offering actionable business recommendations.
