Material Handling Manager - Now Hiring!

The Material Handling Manager is responsible for management of the Key Performance Indicators associated with material handling activities including : Total Recordable Incident Rate, Internal Logistics Service Rate, Logistics Transformation Cost, Material Handling Performance. This role directly impacts the plants performance through KPI management, process improvements and training and development management. This individual is the subject matter expert regarding material handling.

The Material Handling Manager participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.

• Expert in applicable systems including : Receiving, Broadcast, Kanban, LPAs
• Responsible for adherence to governing procedures and process audits
• Responsible for plants’ success in meeting or exceeding KPIs associated with material handling
• Lead for training and development activities including industry best practices and technology standards
• Responsible for improving logistics processes for optimal performance and cost-efficiency
• Interacts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining, hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership
