A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist - QA Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end quality assurance planning and execute tests across various support systems
Investigate bugs and system issues, collaborating with teams to track and resolve them
Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring system health and perform regular environment checks
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in technical QA, systems operations, or platform testing
Familiarity with contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, CRM, or chat platforms
Experience with observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Kibana, Sentry, Splunk)
Proven ability to create and execute structured test cases and regression protocols
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations
