Synapse Protocol is a decentralized interchain network, allowing developers and users to read and write data between different blockchains. To date, it has settled $50B, been used by more than 2M users and generated $30M+ in fees. Synapse's vision is to be the HTTPS for crypto, allowing developers to build apps without the constraints of individual blockchains. The Synapse Labs team was a major contributor to Synapse and works on new products to expand the Synapse ecosystem. Our team has hubs in New York City and London with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position. What You'll do:

1. Directly liaise with crypto project teams and conduct diligence on the technical aspects, the economics, value proposition, and risks associated with a variety of projects
2. Work closely with leadership and product teams to determine strategy and roadmaps

What We Look For In You:

• Experience in DeFi research and strategy related roles
• Deep understanding of crypto protocol design and mechanisms
• You are the hungriest person you know

Nice To Haves:

• Familiarity with crypto data analysis tools (Dune, Python, Defillama)
• Founded a crypto project, open source contributor, DeFi newsletter
