We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex utility infrastructure projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin. This individual will lead the coordination of design, permitting, and construction for both underground and overhead utility systems. The role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, design, permitting, execution, and final restoration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of electric and gas utility projects.
• Interpret and apply construction documentation including electrical one-lines, civil, mechanical, and plumbing drawings.
• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft Project.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead site meetings and design reviews with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineering and design staff to meet technical requirements and client expectations.
• Secure necessary permits and easements; maintain compliance with municipal, state, and federal and customer regulations.
• Track project progress using internal databases and generate regular production reports for stakeholders.
• Work with estimating to provide and generate timely, cost-effective estimates and scopes using standardized pricing templates.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical accuracy.

Compensation : $85,000-$95,000 / yr. (DOE)
