Job Description

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

1. Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy

and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.

2. Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates

them using specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation.

Identifies issues that affect system processes and assists in correcting.

Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.

3. Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input,

and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.

May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.

4. System Support - Provides expert technical support including log Analysis for systems by

responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to

continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and

enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering

guidance on systems and data output.

5. Ability to understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows

6. Participate in the migration of commercial loans from legacy system of record to strategic system of

record and it's impact on the user-facing online service.

7. Will involve examining all fields being used and how they are mapped to the new system, as well as an

analysis of business rules used to determine how / if / when the loan data is presented online

8. The SA will help determine what business rules will be needed to support the new source of data.

SA will also help create associated backend API stories to support these changes.

9. The SA will help identify differences between the legacy system of record and the new system

of record that could create changes in the existing online functionality.

Qualifications

10. Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or

Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or

Analytics, or Operations Support

11. Strong Digital Banking Domain knowledge on, Payments, Loans, Cards & Reporting

12. Required strong SQL skills on Oracle, PostgreSQL

13. Technical / Development & background is plus

• Roles & Responsibilities

1. Hands-on on experience in SQL / Oracle queries.

2. Having a good technical background of development / QA.

3. Awareness of ISO wire format.

4. Bac kground of Payment domain.

5. Analysis and troubleshooting experience in AWS logs / database / Splunk.

6. Good communication skills and willing to work with an offshore team.

7. Lead deliverables and work with minimal guidelines.
