Job Description :

TPH is seeking three dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for an evening shift in a Psychiatric Care setting. This is an exciting travel opportunity offering a competitive six-week assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and institutional needs.

During this assignment, you will participate in a comprehensive two-week orientation to familiarize yourself with the facility’s protocols, staff, and patient population. The orientation period is designed to ensure a smooth transition into your role and to support your success on the unit.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric nursing care to diverse patient populations

Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and patient responses, ensuring safety and compliance with treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies

Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed

Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing

Active RN license in good standing

Ability to work evening shifts effectively, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required
