HSE Supervisor

PCL is excited about the growth of data center opportunities and is seeking a highly motivated HSE Supervisor to support a national data center business unit. Responsibilities

• Monitors and assists with implementation of project or facility HSE plans (PSP ERP EPP Security) and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies evaluates develops and delivers project or facility specific HSE training and orientations.
• Liaises with project team to provide project-specific information and statistics to develop trends and assists with the creation of trend action plans.
• Implements district HSE communication strategy on projects or facilities.
• Recognizes evaluates and advises on suite of PCL hazard identification (e.g. project sites permanent facilities).
• Leads HSE inspections including LSA focus inspections.
• Completion of the I-CAB assessment report and development plan.
• Supports corrective action revision recommendations to project / facility management and HSE management.
• Identifies any specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and provides and / or coordinates any required training.
• Develops and evaluates success of project emergency response plan.
• Assists project management and supervision with the development and evaluation of site-specific security requirements.
• Works with project management to develop the environmental plan evaluates the success of the plan and may make recommendations to project / facility management and HSE management.
• Participates in internal and external audits as assigned. Assists project / facility management and HSE management in audit process.
• Participates in trade partners safety performance audits to ensure compliance with HSE programs.
