BIDCO Marine Group, Inc. - Senior Estimator / Civil Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Civil Engineer to lead the preparation of competitive, accurate cost estimates for complex underwater, marine, and heavy civil construction projects. BIDCO specializes in the construction and rehabilitation of critical waterfront infrastructure throughout the Great Lakes, Northeast, and Atlantic Seaboard regions, including :

• Municipal water intakes and outfalls
• Subaqueous pipelines and cables
• Construction and maintenance of navigational locks and flood-control structures
• Construction and maintenance of energy-related infrastructures at hydroelectric and nuclear power generating plants
• Piledriving, bulkheads, cofferdams, and associated temporary works
• Demolition and close out of remnant coal power infrastructures.
• Dredging & Environmental remediation

In addition to estimating, the successful candidate may serve as Project Manager or Engineer-of-Record on select projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept and design through bidding, construction, and successful closeout—delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
