ODS offers a range of consulting services, all designed to help Federal agencies achieve their goals.

Job Summary :

The Senior Budget Analyst plans, facilitates, and supports complex methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.

Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

Location :

San Diego Field Office, 880 Front Street, Suite 4236, San Diego, CA 92101 Salary : $95,000-$100,000 Responsibilities / Duties : Monitor, reconcile, and report on financial transactions in FFMS , Webview , and Revenue Management System (RMS) . Prepare and review invoice packages , funding requests , and budget analysis reports .

Track and reconcile Security Work Authorizations (SWAs) , Exhibit 1 Guard Post data, and spend plans . Support regional management in forecasting, financial closeout, and reporting accuracy.

Conduct data analysis using Excel pivot tables, Access databases, and financial dashboards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or Masters Degree with 8 years.
