What You'll Do :

  • Manage the full project billing cycle, including setup, invoicing, and client inquiries.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with billing policies.
  • Prepare invoices using multiple templates and update billing terms as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve billing issues.
  • Process proposal logs, project initiation forms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in billing meetings and ensure deadlines are met.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or 5+ years of billing / accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software (Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus).
  • Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, or similar industries preferred.
