Maintenance Engineer - Full time

Primary Responsibilities :

• Supply good customer service skills
• Assist the Chief Engineer or Management team in the daily functions of the property.
• Ability to attend to several projects
• Perform general maintenance
• Troubleshoot any maintenance problems and repair
• Complete all work orders that are assigned by any department
• Monitor / take readings of all heating / cooling and water systems daily
• Repair and troubleshoot restaurant equipment if needed
• Work on HVAC equipment and troubleshoot if necessary
• Do woodworking, wallpapering & dry walling
• Troubleshoot and do electrical repairs
• Repair laundry equipment
• Repair pool and spa equipment
